SOLUTION
Each state maps to a local practice: RCC frame with flat roof, coastal Mangalore-tile, hot-dry thick masonry with Kota stone, hill-state metal roofs. It sets wall build-up, floor height, roof and finishes, and shows the typical seismic zone and an indicative cost factor. Set the default under Settings → Default site location.
