- In the Floors list press Add a floor on top.
- Rename it (First floor, Terrace) and set Floor to floor height.
- The floor below shows faintly as a guide, and its corners are snap points, so outer walls line up.
Copy a whole set of walls between floors: select them, Ctrl+C, switch floor, Ctrl+V.
Delete this floor is in the floor's properties.
