Select a room to see its Carpet area (inside the walls) and the floor's totals. With nothing selected, the properties panel shows All floors, carpet · built-up.
- Carpet area: floor you can walk on inside the walls.
- Built-up area: carpet area plus the walls.
- Centreline area: measured to the middle of the walls, used by some estimators.
The room schedule on the PDF lists each room's carpet area.
