How do I make the handover pack?

SOLUTION
Use Export → Handover pack (PDF). It puts together a cover, the floor plans, a view of each room (cut from your 360° renders), the finishes, the payment record, photos from site, the snag list and your care and warranty notes. Pick which sections to include. The client can download it from their link too.
