How does the client accept the quotation and pay the deposit?

SOLUTION

No, the money goes straight to you. A sent quotation appears on the client link. The client reads it item by item, downloads the PDF and accepts it, then pays the deposit by UPI (tap to pay on a phone, QR on a computer), bank transfer or your own payment page, and enters the transaction reference. You mark it received.

Floors & Frames never holds client money. Sending a new quotation replaces one the client hasn't accepted; an accepted one can't be withdrawn.
