SOLUTION
Open the project and use Share with client. It publishes the current plan as a numbered revision behind a private link. Paste the link in WhatsApp: it shows a preview with a picture of the plan.
The client doesn't need an account. They can look round in 3D, browse the floor plans and room schedule, comment on a room, and approve or ask for changes. Their feedback lands in the client's activity log. You can see how often they opened the link in the Share dialog, publish new revisions, or turn the link off.
