SOLUTION
Yes, Style in the editor. There are nine building styles (Contemporary, Modern villa, Traditional Kerala, Chettinad, Rajasthani, Colonial bungalow, Hill cottage, Commercial, US craftsman) and eight roof styles. A style sets the roof, paint and floor finishes by room type in one go.
Undo takes you straight back if you don't like it.
