I've finished the ground floor. How do I add the first floor on top?

SOLUTION

Add a floor from the floor switcher in the editor, then rename it and set its floor-to-floor height. The floor below shows faintly as a guide and its corners count as snap points, so the first-floor walls line up.

Upper floors sit on slabs. Put the stair on the ground floor and the opening appears on the floor above.
